I created this resource to use with my kindergarteners when introducing letters.  After the letter is introduced, the letter will then be added to the writing literacy center.  
This product features two versions of letter mats!  The "dotted" set is to improve fine motor skills, while also having students get used to the directionality of writing the letters.  Students can use their fingers or large tweezers/small tongs to place small objects (beads, counters, etc.) onto the circles in the direction indicated by the arrows. The green and red circles indicate start and stop points. 
The blank version is for students to finger trace or trace with dry erase markers when laminating the mats.
